Vitelotte potatoes are well suited for cooking methods such as boiling, steaming, baking and frying. They keep their purple color, even when cooked and are excellent when roasted or in a potato salad. Vitelotte potatoes can also be cooked and mashed to make a purple potato mash or cooked and pureed to make a purple soup or sauce. The texture is dry, which makes it ideal for making gnocchi or potato pancakes. They can even be fried to make purple chips and crisps. Suitable pairings include beets, garlic, parsley, avocado, cherry tomtatoes, olive oil, white pepper, balsamic vinegar and blue cheese.

Delivery in the suburbs of Tbilisi (Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Tsavkisi, Kojori, Kiketi, Tskneti, Betania, Akhaldaba and other connected areas) costs 25 GEL.
