Bamboo Shoot

Bamboo shoots are the edible shoots of the bamboo plant and have a crunchy texture with a mild and sweet flavor, similar to that of mini corn. The outer leaves are not edible and should be removed prior to cooking. When preparing bamboo shoots, make sure to clean them beforehand. After which, they should be boiled or steamed for about 20 minutes before incorporating it in a recipe, as raw shoots are texturally hard to digest and taste quite bitter. When cooked, it can can be stir fried, grilled, roasted, marinated and pickled.

Orders placed on the website will be delivered to you at the address specified by you within seven days from the order, at the desired time.

For orders less than 100 GEL, 10 GEL is added – transportation fee.

Above 100 GEL, order delivery is free.

Delivery in the suburbs of Tbilisi (Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Tsavkisi, Kojori, Kiketi, Tskneti, Betania, Akhaldaba and other connected areas) costs 25 GEL.
