Bimi, also known as broccolini, is a cross between broccoli and kale. They are milder and sweeter in flavor, which makes it a good substitute if you find broccoli too bitter or too strong. It’s not as tough and more resistant to high heat in comparison to broccoli as well. It can be added to risotto, pasta and as a topping on pizza. Complimentary pairings include, but are not limited to olive oil, lemon, lime, garlic, tomatoes, chillies, white fish, butter, parmesan, pecorino and feta.

Orders placed on the website will be delivered to you at the address specified by you within seven days from the order, at the desired time.
For orders less than 100 GEL, 10 GEL is added – transportation fee.
Above 100 GEL, order delivery is free.
Delivery in the suburbs of Tbilisi (Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Tsavkisi, Kojori, Kiketi, Tskneti, Betania, Akhaldaba and other connected areas) costs 25 GEL.
Cabbages need to be stored in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.
