Red Little Gem
Little gem can be used as a substitute for common Romaine and other crisp lettuce varieties. They can be used as a vessel for dips and other accoutrements, as a sandwich lettuce and they can also be grilled to serve as an appetizer. Complimentary pairings are endless, especially as the hearts serve as a blank canvas for accompanying flavors, bold, bright and rich. Notably favorable ingredient pairings include bacon, anchovies, nutty aged cheeses, chilis, creamy dressings, aged balsamic, citrus, pomegranates, melons, avocado, pears, apples, basil, dill, tarragon, mint and nuts such as hazelnuts, pistachios and pine nuts.

Orders placed on the website will be delivered to you at the address specified by you within seven days from the order, at the desired time.
For orders less than 100 GEL, 10 GEL is added – transportation fee.
Above 100 GEL, order delivery is free.
Delivery in the suburbs of Tbilisi (Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Tsavkisi, Kojori, Kiketi, Tskneti, Betania, Akhaldaba and other connected areas) costs 25 GEL.
Storage advice
The leaves will keep up to one week when wrapped in paper towels to absorb excess moisture and stored in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. It is also important to store the lettuce away from fruits such as bananas, apples, and pears as they release a natural gas which causes the lettuce to wilt.
