White asparagus are young shoots of the asparagus plant. It has a mild but refined taste and is perfect in a soup, quiche or summer salad. To prepare, rinse the white asparagus and use a vegetable peeler to peel the shoots as the outer skin is too fibrous to eat. Then cut about 1-2 cm off the end and it is ready to be steamed, cooked, baked or grilled. Suitable pairings include ingredients such as morel mushrooms, green garlic, wild ramps, fennel, leeks, young lettuces and citruses such as lemon and grapefruit. Also olive oil, aged nutty cheeses such as pecorino and alpine cheeses, bacon, prosciutto, cream, eggs, butter, shallots, herbs such as thyme and basil, yeasty breads like sourdough and wheat and grains such as brown rice, quinoa and farro complement white asparagus well.

Orders placed on the website will be delivered to you at the address specified by you within seven days from the order, at the desired time.

For orders less than 100 GEL, 10 GEL is added – transportation fee.

Above 100 GEL, order delivery is free.

Delivery in the suburbs of Tbilisi (Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Tsavkisi, Kojori, Kiketi, Tskneti, Betania, Akhaldaba and other connected areas) costs 25 GEL.
