INFORMATION

Haricot verts may be prepared whole, eaten raw, or lightly steamed or sauteed. The peas, which are essentially the bean’s seeds, are a vibrant lime green in color, semi starchy in texture with a mild taste of the beans sweet and grassy flavors. Use in salads or saute with other vegetables and may also be canned and quick-pickled. Pair with summer vegetables such as squash, eggplant, and tomatoes; compliment with fresh herbs, citrus, nuts, raisins or currants, and mild cheeses.

Orders placed on the website will be delivered to you at the address specified by you within seven days from the order, at the desired time.

For orders less than 100 GEL, 10 GEL is added – transportation fee.

Above 100 GEL, order delivery is free.

Delivery in the suburbs of Tbilisi (Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Tsavkisi, Kojori, Kiketi, Tskneti, Betania, Akhaldaba and other connected areas) costs 25 GEL.

Storage advice

Haricot verts will keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
